Omolayole and Associates, Management Consultants Limited was incorporated in November, 1984, by its founder Dr. Michael O. Omolayole, soon after he retired from the services of Lever Brothers Nigeria PLC. Where he had worked for almost 27 years, the last 10 as its Chairman and Managing Director. He was the first indigenous Chairman of the Company.

This consultancy firm was set up primarily to make available to Government, Companies and international Agencies the experience which the founder had accumulated over nearly three decades of activities as a Management thinker, practitioner and writer, and the knowledge acquired in such famous institutions of learning as the University of Ibadan , Oxford University and Harvard Business School .

One other objective of the firm is to provide a suitable avenue for highly talented and experienced managers as well as Consultants to share their wide and varied experiences and knowledge with those who may patronize the firm.
